NORTH OF NAMIBIA - ASSISTANT LODGE MANAGER FOR 2 CAMPS

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in a lodge environment with front of house experience being a necessity
Valid First Aid Certificate
Must be computer literate in MS Word & MS Excel and experience in Inkeeper would be an added benefit
Strong administrative skills
Motivation for excellence with a fine eye for detail
Experience in staff management and labour relations would be an advantage
Excellent organizational skills
Must have a valid Driver's License
Key Responsibilities:
Guest liaison and hosting
Stock, cash and budget control
Staff management and supervision
Control of equipment, infrastructure and maintenance
