Tate Group is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic IT Technician to join our team for IT Support.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
-Manage, maintain, and repair IT systems
-Resolving network issues
-installing and configuring hardware and software.
-Training and Maintain world class Feedback scores
-Manage class logistics, which may include porting training material and systems
-End user Support
-Biometric security systems support
-Maintain TaTe group Websites and Databases
-Support Business communication platforms
-Maintaining records of software licenses, re-stocking equipment, and staying abreast of current developments in technology.
Excellent problem-solving skills
-Ability to Learn New Software and Hardware
-Analysis of Technical Issues
-In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
-Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users.
-Knowledge of ITIL, Cyber Security, CompTIA and Microsoft products
-A minimum of 1 year IT experience
-Attention to Detail
-Must have experience troubleshooting systems
-Ability to translate knowledge into skills
-Good English communication
CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES
-Degree in Computer Science or Related
-CompTIA A+, N+,
-Comptia Security + is an added advantage
-Microsoft Office Expert
