Butchery / Production Manager
* Planning and organizing production schedules;
* Ensuring that the production is cost effective;
* Overseeing production processes;
* Monitoring product standards and implementing
* Liaising among different departments, e.g.
suppliers, procurement, managers;
* Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are
* Manage the human and material resources needed to
meet production targets.
* Grade 12 certificate;
* Must have at least 5 years experience in meat
* Experience in production processes and knowledge
of quality systems;
* Computer literate.
