Receptionist

Hiring Organisation: Dupwies Management Services

Key Performance Area:
• Greeting visitors and directing them to the right person or section
• Giving information to visitors and answering their questions
• Answering/forwarding calls and taking messages
• Deal with phone and email inquiries
• Maintain an organized reception area

• Strong organization and time management skills
• Emotional maturity
• Excellent interpersonal skills
Minimum Requirements...
EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Good communication (verbal and written) skills
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
• 6 months’ experience in similar position will be an added advantage
Qualification Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12
