Hiring Organisation: Namibia Exclusive Safaris
Group Executive Chef required for upmarket Lodge Group.
Qualified chef with min 5 yrs experience in luxery hotels/lodges.
Can create / cost menus for high end clients
Able to train staff with limited experience & work remotely.
Displays leadership & team work.
Must work well with all ethnicities, be self motivated and a team player.
Must have a strong admin background & be fully computer literate.
Well versed in fine dining 'modernist' techniques catering to High-end clientele.
Diploma in F&B Management + Diploma in Food prep & cooking + Diploma in HACCP Managment
Min 5 years experience as an executive chef or group executive chef at a 4 – 5 star establishment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead, train, develop & motivate staff
Assist with hiring, enforcing of disciplinary measures as well all policies & procedures.
Menu planning ; costing ; food presentation ; product sourcing ; flavour pairing.
Comply with all HACCP + food handling santitaion
Salary: Negotiable based on experience & qualifications
