Full-Time Job - Hospitality: Office Manager (Windhoek, Namibia)
We have an opening for an Office manager to ensure the smooth running of our office on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities will include: organising meetings and managing databases; organising company events and training; managing the general office environment and organisation, dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries, preparing letters, presentations and reports, supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff, liaising with staff, suppliers and clients, implementing and maintaining procedures and systems, delegating tasks to junior employees, organising induction programmes for new employees, ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date, using a range of software packages & managing the HR function. At least 3 years experience is required, as well as excellent people’s skills, extensive knowledge or Namibian labour law, the ability to work independently, computer literacy.
