Hiring Organisation: WOMEN SOLIDARITY NAMIBIA

Key responsibilities:
Make appointments with clients on behalf of Women’s Solidarity Namibia, put in place appropriate filling system for easy document tracing and answer phone calls. Organize conferences, workshops and prepare material. Do banking transactions, collect and do payments. Prepare budgets and financial reports, including documents for audit reports and manage the assets of Women’s Solidarity Namibia.
Skills and Competence
• BA degree and 3 years in accounting, bookkeeping and administrative experience (what about admin and BA)
• Good aptitude of numbers and finances
• Accurate and accountable work ethic
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills
• Report to National Director and Project Coordinator
• Must be able to work independently and computer literate (MS OFFICE WORD,EXCEL, OUTLOOK,
PASTEL)
